Important: All items exist in a single copy, in a single size, and will not be repeated. Each piece is unique, like a fingerprint or your Monday morning mood.
1. How You May Use the Website
Come, browse, get inspired. But use the site for its intended purpose. No hacking, no spamming, no violating anyone’s rights. This space was built with love, soul, and something else that coaches write about (I don’t remember), but nevertheless — respect it.
2. Copyright and Ownership
Every image, item, and word here is original and belongs to Prodelki. You’re not allowed to copy, distribute, or use anything without written permission. Creativity is sacred. And protected by law. I hope.
3. Orders and Delivery
Each item is handcrafted. We usually ship orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery may take up to 60 days — depending on the country and postal services.
Please double-check your address. We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond our control. Once the parcel leaves our hands, it enters the world of postal mysteries and winged delivery unicorns.
4. About Colors and Screens
Colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. This depends on your monitor settings, lighting, and how well-rested your screen is. We try to convey colors as accurately as possible, but sometimes reality is a bit brighter. Or a bit quieter.
5. About Pilling
Over time, items may develop pills — this is a natural process inherent to certain types of yarn during wear. You can carefully remove them by hand or use a special fabric shaver. Pilling is not a defect, but the character of the yarn.
6. Returns and Refunds
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return it within 14 days — if the item is in clean, original condition, suitable for resale.
Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@prodelki.pro — we’ll provide instructions. Items sent without notice may not be processed.
Keep in mind:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We won’t refund items that were worn, washed, stained, damaged, or have absorbed strong odors (perfume, smoke, or anything equally persistent).
- Pack the item securely and clearly label the package as “Returned Goods.”
7. Payments and Personal Data
All transactions are secure. Personal information remains confidential and is processed in accordance with data protection laws. We do not share your data with third parties. Except for information necessary for delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prodelki is not responsible for:
- Losses due to incorrect address.
- Postal or customs delays.
- Force majeure: natural disasters, political events, strikes, pandemics, etc.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Changes will appear here. By continuing to use the website after updates, you accept the new version.
10. Knitwear Care
Follow care instructions. Gentle washing, careful storage, love, attention, respect, and timely walks in public. Careful handling = years of service.
