Each knitwear item is handcrafted and unique. We usually ship orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the country and postal service but may take up to 60 days.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We can’t be held responsible for delays caused by wrong details or issues beyond our control. Once the parcel leaves our hands, it enters the world of postal mysteries.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it — as long as it is in original, clean, and resellable condition.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@prodelki.pro for a return authorization and instructions. Items returned without notice may not be processed.

Keep in mind:

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We won’t refund items that were worn, washed, stained, damaged, or have strong odors (like perfume or smoke).
• Make sure to pack your item securely and clearly label the package as “Returned Goods.”

Prodelki is not responsible for:

• Losses due to incorrect shipping information.
• Delays caused by postal services or customs.
• Circumstances outside our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.

These events are considered force majeure, and they release us from liability.
